Becky Lakin

Becky's professional life has been spent at the intersection of creative communications, human resources, and nonprofits.

Across those disciplines she's honed her skills in employee experience, adult education, persuasive storytelling, strategic communications, and community engagement. And at every turn, she's used those skills to create momentum toward positive change — in her city, state, and within companies.

She's an adjunct professor of storytelling and communications at Arizona State University within their School of Sustainability, where she teaches post-graduate students the fundamentals of effective communication, in the context of effecting change.

She runs The Tomorrow Company – a consultancy dedicated to teaching humans through horses, and strengthening organizational culture through authenticity.

She leads The Giving Wall – a volunteer-led nonprofit that supports neighbors in financial crises through community fund-raising.

And she's an elected Director for the Henricopolis Soil & Water Conservation District in Henrico, Virginia.
